HSE Vision Statement

Our vision at Thermon Group Holdings, Inc. is to make measurable improvements in health, safety and environmental aspects of our products, services and operations – and to do so continually.

Operations and employees around the world must work together to protect the quality of the environment and the health and safety of our employees, customers, and neighbors.

As a strategic framework to keep us on the path to our goals, we have established a corporate health, safety and environmental policy that is based on a series of corporate responsibility principles.

Policy

It is the policy of Thermon Group Holdings, Inc. to carry out its business activities in a manner consistent with sound health, safety and environmental management practices and to comply with applicable state and national laws and regulations. The company will produce and sell products which, when manufactured, handled, transported, used and disposed of in accordance with appropriate labeling and product literature, are safe for employees, customers, and the communities in which we do business.

Corporate Adherence

Thermon’s managers and supervisors are responsible for establishing and continually improving management systems to implement this policy, including creation and maintenance of a clean healthful, and safe workplace for our employees, protection of company assets, prevention of pollution, and compliance with Thermon’s performance standards.

Our combined commitment establishes responsibility, accountability and enables us to achieve our vision.

Awards and Recognition

The Thermon safety culture requires the commitment of its employees to a standard of excellence in all of its activities with regards to health, safety and the environment. Thermon employees have maintained a 3 year (TRIR) Total Recordable Incident Rate average of 0.17. Because of this performance, the Thermon experience modifier rating (EMR) is currently 0.60. Thermon has received several awards for safety excellence and performance from major petrochemical and chemical companies as well as industrial organizations.

Thermon uses several third party agencies to ensure HSE compliance. These subject matter experts review Thermon's policies and procedures thus ensuring accuracy with the requirements set forth by their clients and regulatory agencies. These agencies also track data for import training qualifications, audits and other information to ensure compliance.
