This statement of policy is applicable to our affiliates worldwide.
- We are committed to conserving natural resources through eco-efficient management strategies, performance metrics and continuous improvement focused in key areas that are important to our long-term business success, including, but not limited to, energy use, water withdrawal and re-use, waste generation and recycling.
- We have always been focused on the communities in which we live and work. Giving back is a strong part of Thermon culture, and we have created many programs for us to support organizations that benefit local and global communities alike. We also encourage our employees to volunteer for community events.
- We strive for an injury-free workplace through a strong health and safety program supported by high employee engagement. We train our employees to conduct their activities in a safe and environmentally responsible manner.

The Company's Sustainability Team has overall responsibility for overseeing the Company's sustainability performance. The Sustainability Team will be initially comprised of the Senior Vice President-Global Operations, Global Safety Director, and Corporate Counsel, however, all Thermon employees are responsible for observing and advancing our sustainability initiatives. The Sustainability Team will work closely with employees across a variety of departments worldwide and will regularly report progress to and receive direction from the Chief Executive Officer and the Board of Directors.
